An Italian sweet that would be having a similar look to milk gelatin, our Thai sweet. However, there is distinctive of Vanilla smell and its mushiness. The top- up dressing with chocolate sauce and chocolate chip delivers an incredibly luxury look for this dessert menu.

แต่ที่ CooCurry เราขอนำเสนอ “เค้กชิคโครี่ (Chicory Cake)” ชื่อนี้อาจไม่คุ้นหูคนทั่วไป

มาจากชื่อ Chicory พืชในแถบทะเลเมดิเตอร์เรเนียนชนิดหนึ่งหรือที่เรียกทั่วไปว่า Coffeeweed ที่มีส่วนรากมีรสชาติเหมือนกาแฟ เปรียบเช่นเดียวกันกับเค้กนี้ที่เป็นสูตรเฉพาะของเรา ที่โดดเด่นด้วยกลิ่นหอมของกาแฟและเหล้า Kahlua เสิร์ฟพร้อมวิปปิ้งครีมและไอศกรีมวนิลา

รสชาติกลมกล่อมเข้ากันได้ดี หาได้ที่นี่ที่เดียวเท่านั้น

Here at CooCurry, we proudly present the FIRST and extraordinary “Chicory cake” which was delivered from our own recipes by having Coffee and Kahlua as ingredients.
The name is from a plant grown in Mediterranean countries named “Chicory” which was called in some places as “Coffee weed” plant since its roots offer coffee-like taste.
Chicory cake is served with our homemade Vanilla ice cream for the best mix of great taste between little bitter and sweet!
